Absolutely. All classes are designed for all fitness levels, with options to make movements easier or more challenging as needed.

Most of our classes have around 8-15 people. This keeps things friendly and ensures personal attention from the coach.

Comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, and a water bottle are all you need! Mats and equipment are provided.

Our group classes are mainly for adults. If you have specific needs or questions, our team is happy to advise you before your first visit.
